Schools 21

Film Schools 21 , formerly Action Schools and the Desperado is an independent film with arthouse located 23, rue des Ecoles , in the th  arrondissement of Paris . It is a cinema specialized in the covers of old films, in particular American, in original version.

History

The cinema is open in after the takeover and restructuring of several small businesses (bookseller, travel agency) to create two rooms, one of which is called Nickel Schools , and is dedicated to the presentation of American films in recovery. In 1982 , the two rooms unite in a unique name.

In 2011, Jean-Pierre Mocky bought Action Écoles cinema and renamed it Le Desperado 1 . A large place is then made in the programming in classic French cinema as well as in the films of the new owner.

The cinema is bought and renamed Schools 21 July 3, 2017 by Ronald Chammah , already owner of Christine 21 2 .

Access

The Écoles 21 cinema is accessible by the lines at the Jussieu station and the line at the Maubert -Mutualité station as well as by several RATP RATP 63 86 87 bus lines .
